Terms & Conditions

Fees should be received no later than week 2 of term. Any late payment may be subject to a surcharge.

All Fees are non-refundable.

Fees cover one full term. Discounts or refunds will not be given for classes missed by the student. In these circumstances STARS will attempt to arrange for the student to attend another lesson but this cannot be guaranteed.

If you do not receive an end of term renewal notice please contact the Principal.

If a STARS teacher is unavailable to take a scheduled class, and a supply teacher cannot be arranged, the class will be carried forward to another date. If this is not possible, any fee already paid for the scheduled class will be refunded.

STARS will not be held responsible for classes cancelled due to extreme circumstances. In this case, an alternative class will be arranged where possible.

Any students wishing to discontinue their classes at STARS must give a half term's notice in writing, otherwise a half term's fees will be charged.

The Principal should be notified of any change in contact details.

STARS does not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen. Any found items will be kept in a Lost Property Box with Jess. If not claimed after a reasonable period the item will be disposed of.

Dancing is a physical skill and in order to help and facilitate the students' learning, the teacher may physically guide a movement by touch. This will be in a professional manner and the intention of the contact will be made clear.

STARS may wish to take photos or videos of our students for the website, flyers and future productions. Please alert the Principal if you would not like your child to be included in this.

Shows are not compulsory but are encouraged.
